Switching tasks in no walk in the park for many children or even adults. It takes planning, deliberate practice, lots of assurance, an allowance of time and patience for yourself and for anyone involved.

This is our ‘Trust Tree’ drawn by a student in 2016. The tree stands proud in the centre of our school. It reminds us to trust the process. Tonight, Bellavista awaits the results of the Matric cohort 2021, our class of 2016. We know they’ve already done well.

We trust the process; there’s no ‘good luck’ about it - intervene early, sow the seeds, watch them grow!
