What is bullying?
Bullying is defined as repeated aggressive behaviour to dominate, intimidate or cause hurt – either physical, emotional or both, humiliation and discomfort to another person. The behaviour causes a real or perceived power imbalance and can have far reaching and serious consequences. The behaviour is unwanted and unwarranted. Repetition is usually a factor in that bullying is on-going or has the potential to occur more than once.
