* Complete the section titled "Non-Church Member"
* STUDENTS to attach a letter from their pastor confirming approval/recommendation for bible school attendance and outlining any courses the person may have done at their church.

1ST YEAR FULL CURRICULUM - CERTIFICATE IN PRACTICAL MINISTRY

THE THEME OF THE FIRST YEAR IS TO "CULTIVATE INTIMACY WITH GOD THROUGH PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP"_

UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YEAR ONE, STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE AN EARNED CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION, AND GAIN ELIGIBILITY TO ENROL FOR THE SECOND YEAR

MODULES:

INTEGRITY OF GOD'S WORD.

Knowing that the bible is God inspired, trustworthy above all else and a work authored to effect change in fallen man is essential. In this module you will discover that "in the beginning, was the Word" and how that word predicted events thousands of years before they took place.

WHY WE STUDY THE BIBLE

The reasons are infinite but suffice to say that only when you discover the purpose of a thing do you recognize its value and potential to elevate your life. God has a plan for each of us, now He must get us ready for the plan, and the tools of His trade? The word!

ASPECTS OF FAITH

God is not moved by our needs, only by faith. Faith in Christ and His word for life, health and eternity only comes one way and in this module you will learn not only how it comes but how to use it to live the God kind of life.

GOD IS INTERESTED IN YOUR FINANCIAL SUCCESS

Yes it's true, God "delights in the prosperity of His servant". We will unravel the confusion of whether God wants us to be rich in material possessions or not, balance material prosperity with the four other areas in which God desires us to prosper, and a whole lot more.

DEVELOPING SPIRITUAL MATURITY

Growth is not automatic. We must eat and drink to grow. Likewise, our spiritual man needs to be fed in order to grow, not in size though but rather in stature. There are few things as annoying as an adult who conducts himself like an adolescent; likewise it's high time that we as Christians "grow up". This module teaches us how.

RIGHTEOUSNESS

Above all else, God desires a relationship and close fellowship with us. He could not because of our fallen state and so set a plan in motion that would qualify man to live on His level so that He would not have to live on ours. He gave us right-standing as a gift so that we like Adam could fellowship with Him once again. This module is dedicated to moving us form sin consciousness to God consciousness.

PRINCIPLES OF HEALING

It is as easy to be healed as it is to be forgiven. That is the truth of the gospel and in this module faith will rise in your heart not only to receive and retain your healing, but minister healing to others.

How to Recognise the Voice of God

"The Spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord". The Holy Spirit lives in our spirits and directs us into all truth. His voice is a still small voice and we must listen carefully. Learn how to recognise and instantly obey His leading. In this module your "spiritual" antenna will be set to begin clearly hearing from God.

PRAISE, THANKSGIVING & WORSHIP

These are the highest expressions of our faith. We are to worship and praise God not only for what he does but more importantly for who He is. God gives us a pattern of how to, when to and where to. In this module you will discover the power, purpose and freedom of these three actions.

PRAYER I

There are many different types of prayer spoken of in God's word. This module covers not only how to pray, but what prayer to pray and how to receive. Because God gave us dominion over the works of His hands, He will only act when we pray, which makes this module one of the most important in year 1.

SOULWINNING/ SALT

The bible tells us that Jesus was a "friend of sinners", not a casual acquaintance. In today's Christian circles friendship with the lost is frowned upon so now we will learn how to befriend the lost like Jesus did in order to reconcile them to God without compromising our integrity and conduct. It is possible and brings great joy.

THE GOD OF LOVE

Because God is love, love needs to be defined. When we define true love we define God. This module will have you falling in love with Him all over again as you begin to discover how unconditional His love towards us really is.

THE FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT

Have you ever noticed an apple tree straining to produce apples? No, it happens naturally because the tree is rooted in fertile ground. Many Christian's are struggling to produce fruit when really all we need to do is ensure that we are rooted in the soil of God's Love and then the fruit will appear naturally. The nine fruits are identified and cultivated in this module.

LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES

"Those who think they're leading when no one is following are merely taking a walk". "People are not born leaders, leadership is taught”. John Maxwell's "Developing the leader within you" along with workshops on how to discover where God has called you to lead and what equipment He has furnished you with, forms the body of this module.

PRACTICAL LEADERSHIP I

Practical training on how to lead and effect change in people within a cell group environment is dealt with extensively in this module. You will receive training as Intern Shepherd preparing you for future leadership positions in your local church.

BE A PEOPLE PERSON

Great human relations skill can be taught. Being able to deal well with people from all walks of life is an art and one that every Christian should be trained in. Jesus said our love for Him is determined by how we love and obviously treat others. In this module you will have a great deal of fun learning how to treat your fellow man to bring out the best in them. You will also be trained how to resolve conflict.

DEVELOPING THE LEADER WITHIN YOU

This module is designed to identify the leadership potential in you

POWER OF WORDS

We have been given the opportunity to declare the promises of God to manifest in our lives. The same way the earth was spoken into existence, so we have the power to create or change our personal circumstances by the words we speak. Death and Life is in the power of the tongue as our words enslave or acquit us. This module will not only teach you how to use your words, effectively appropriating the blessings of God, but it will also empower you to command whatever challenges you face to line up with the Word of God

2ND YEAR FULL CURRICULUM - BIBLICAL STUDIES

THE THEME OF THE 2ND YEAR IS TO "FAN INTO FLAME THE GIFTS GIVEN TO YOU BY GOD" AND WILL ENVOKE A DESIRE TO ESTABLISH THE CALL OF GOD UPON YOUR LIFE.

UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YEAR TWO, STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE IN BIBLICAL STUDIES CONVERTABLE TO A DIPLOMA AS SOON AS THE ACCREDITATION PROCESS IS COMPLETE. THEY WILL ALSO GAIN ELIGIBILITY TO ENROL ON THE SCHOOL OF TIMOTHYS, WHICH IS THE THIRD YEAR OF THIS COURSE

MODULES:

MINISTRY LEADERSHIP II

Caring for Gods flock was the training ground for mighty men like Moses, David and Paul. This module will further prepare you for the call of God, providing practical training on how to shepherd the "little” so that God can entrust you with the "much". Leadership training forms one of the pillars of this years curriculum.

FOUNDATIONAL DOCTRINES

Most false religions have their roots in the hearts of charismatic people who had a basic knowledge of the Word of God but failed to apply the foundational truths it teaches. As you study the foundational doctrines clearly set out in Gods Word you will not only be securing a future free form deception but for all those God would call you to reach in the future.

AUTHORITY OF THE BELIEVER

Unless we gain revelation and not simply knowledge of our authority as believers, life will reign over us, as apposed to us reigning in life. Authority deals with our power, ability and clout in the earthly and spiritual realm. Here we dig deep into this subject that produces great power.

PRAYER II

Prayer is essentially earthly license for heavenly intervention. What you achieve for God today through prayer will take more prayer to sustain. God has called every believer to a deeper life of prayer. I know that in this module you will discover conversations with the Lord that have yet to be had and revelation of how powerful a simple conversation with our creator can be.

ANGELS AND DEMONS

We often over inflate the influence that demons have on people and neglect that angels too not only influence people for the good, but minister to those who are weak as well. We have to know who we are up against in order to resist by faith and in this module you will study the origin and operation of the demons but more importantly our victory over their influence.

AMAZING GRACE

Most Christians after being saved by the amazing grace of God endeavour from then on out to grow without it, thinking that "now that God has done His part, I must do mine". This module emphasizes that not only are we saved by grace but it is only as we become fully reliant on Gods grace that we grow into the image and likeness of Jesus.

DEVELOPING GODLY CHARACTER

The Greek word for character is "dokime" which more accurately translated means "specimen of tried worth". It is Gods desire to test us at every stage of life so that we become specimens of tried worth. This module steers you through the process of growing in the character of God and what you could expect along the way

GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

Nine gifts are given to the church as a sign that Jesus has risen from the dead. It's what separates us from every false religion there is. This module builds your faith to receive and start flowing in the gifts to win the lost into the kingdom of God. The gifts are a vital part of our witness.

EVANGELISM

The success of EEIII is spoken of around the world and to date is one of the most recognized methods of evangelism. This course has been adopted into our curriculum with the knowledge of EEIII international and will transform your life in the sphere of witnessing as it has for the millions that have gone before you.

THE BLOOD COVENANT

Throughout the bible, covenants were cut between man and man, and God and man. The most powerful covenants were ratified in blood and lasted for life. As you discover the power of the blood covenant God Himself cut with man you will marvel at how desperate God is to see you succeed and what lengths He is prepared to go to for fellowship with you.

INTRODUCTION TO MINISTRY AND HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE CALL

This final module of year two aims to determine your eligibility into the third year of Bible School. Are you called to the Five-Fold Ministry or not, and if so where? The third year will prepare you spiritually for that call and fully equip you to complete what God started in you.

THE FIVE FOLD MINISTRY

What is it and why did God set these ministries in place? Are there differing degrees of authority within this structure, and who should be accountable to whom? What are the main roles each one plays and where should their respective focuses lie? All will be revealed in this intriguing module.

DEVELOPING THE LEADERS AROUND YOU

A good leader not only develops himself or herself but the people around them. This module will hone in on the skills to ensure as leaders you strive towards a greater potential

THE MINISTRY OF JESUS

Why did He come and what did this unassuming, gentle and amazing man from Galilee achieve that to this day would cause the world to talk about Him so? As we study His earthly ministry closely we cannot but help discover our own. The effects of His brief life on earth rendered the "god of this world", satan powerless.

3RD YEAR FULL CURRICULUM - ADVANCED MINISTRY STUDIES

THE THEME OF THE 3RD YEAR IS "*IMPARTATION TO THE SONS*” WHERE STUDENTS WILL BE EQUIPPED WITH BUSINESS PRINCIPLES AS WELL AS OTHER CONCEPTS TO START AN EFFECTIVE MINISTRY FROM IMPLEMENTATION_

UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YEAR THREE, STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE IN ADVANCED MINISTRY STUDIES CONVERTABLE TO AN EARNED BACHELOR IN MINISTRY DEGREE ON COMPLETION OF ACCREDITATION PROCESS.

Biblical Principles of Marriage

This module not only prepares you for the complexities of family life but equips you to council those members of your future congregation in all areas of family relationships. Our house must be in order or our ministry will collapse.

DELIVERANCE

To be adequately prepared in the area of demons and deliverance, it is important for us to be informed in all areas, including background, scriptures, and terminology. It is one of the most important areas that enable us to obtain and walk in complete freedom

THE ROLE OF THE SENIOR PASTOR

As a leader getting ready to plant your own work it's important to have a mentor who's been where you're going. Someone who is not only prepared to share his secrets to successful ministry but also the consequences of bad decisions made along the way. Your mentor is proof that what you desire to do, and where you desire to be is attainable. This module is packed with wisdom keys for success and outlines the role of the senior pastor of a church.

CHURCH FORMAL PROCEDURE

Weddings, funerals, dedications and Holy Communion are part of everyday church life. How to conduct these services and what to say can sometimes be daunting so this module was compiled with the intention of providing you with everything you're going to need to know. Included will be example's of Word-Based sermons for each occasion.

PASTORAL COUNSELING

Counseling is NOT giving advise but rather providing a platform whereby those who seek your guidance can for themselves in an anointed and Word saturate environment, come to their own Godly conclusions on how to proceed and face their giants. Counseling is an art that every successful pastor needs to master in order to see his flock live the free life purchased for them at Calvary. This module is there to train you to achieve this goal.

THE ANOINTING

Some refer to the anointing as God's super on your natural. Never the less, the anointing is the key to successful ministry and without it nothing would be possible. How do we qualify for lasting anointing, are there keys to increasing the anointing and how can I stay full of this empowering presence of God that keeps me ahead in life? All this and much more in this module.

Introduction to Management

Directors of successful companies the world over attribute their success to being able to apply the global basic management principles taught in any credible educational institution. Likewise we feel that in order for you to achieve success in ministry, these same principles have to be grasped and applied to your church environment. After this module you will have greater insight into management and the vital role it will play in your future.

CHURCH MANAGEMENT

This module is interconnected with the previous one in that you are now taught the different models of church management and governance. The pro's and con's of each and which one to adopt in order to produce the success God desires for your ministry. The title say's it all, how to go about managing your church God's way.

CHURCH ADMINISTRATION

How and who will ultimately manage your church can sometimes be a difficult question to answer. It is important that the senior pastor direct the affairs of ministry and yet maintain financial integrity. The basics of financial management will be taught in this module from a ministerial perspective.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Church Administration covers a number of important issues relating to the successful running of a Ministry, particularly in respect of Legal matters and statutory requirements. These are often overlooked in the early stages of developing a Ministry which can cause unnecessary challenges. The purpose of this series of lectures is to make the student fully au fait with the entities involved, as well as the Policies and Procedures that need to be in place.

MISSIONS

We recognize that only once you as a student have been exposed to missions and actually been on the mission field can you appreciate the need for thriving word based churches to give something back and
support credible mission's works. Perhaps start one of your own. On this module you will be taught, equipped and provided with material to initiate a missions department in your church.

WELFARE

Every ministry needs a balance and every ministry should tithe. We firmly believe that to support orphans, widows and the aged in various ways is a key to success and the anointing of God on a ministry. Comprehensive training will be provided on this module on how to establish, administrate and maintain a welfare department in your church.

HERMENEUTICS

Most Christians don't know where to start when it comes to successful Bible study. So utilizing the Thompson's Chain Reference for effective and fruitful Bible study we will teach you and demonstrate how to, through practical assessment experience the wonders and depth of God’s word.

SERMON PREPARATION AND HOMOLETICS

An assignment where a student is taught how to effectively prepare and present a sermon. It will assist in developing interpersonal skills as well as stimulate commitment as you progress through the various outcomes
