Moms and Tots Fourways

Moms and Tots meet together to encourage the love for learning in our little ones from the start. Aimee Carley Willis-Dixon

I have a BA Health sciences and social services degree specialising in psychology, as well as a PGCE in Foundation phase Education. I have also obtained a certificate for HIV/AIDS counselling through UNISA and a Diploma with Hummingbird Education in Inclusive Education learning programmes (Dealing with Anger and Aggression in children and Adolescents). I am also a qualified learn to swim and Tods

wim Teacher through Swimming S.A., as well as a Level 1 First Aid and CPR certificate. I believe that every child is unique and inherits strengths and talents that should be focused on and encouraged. I am of the opinion that Love conquers all and can bring a child through any challenging time in their lives. If we can demonstrate love to our children and family and can endeavor to create opportunities that will grow our children into confident, empathetic individuals we have done our best. I am passionate about making a child's foundational years an exciting journey towards growth in all areas, and to instill a love for learning. There is an African proverb that says "It takes a village to raise a child"(Ubuntu). We should all strive to love and help one another as we raise our future generation.
