“Every moment and every event of every man’s life on earth plants something in his soul.”

— Thomas Merton

Graduation may appear to be one defining moment, but it is created through thousands of moments that few people ever see.

The decision to begin. The evenings spent studying after a long day. The assignments completed, the challenges overcome, the help requested and the choice—again and again—to keep going.

Every one of those moments plants something within us: knowledge, courage, discipline, confidence and resilience.

This weekend, as we celebrate our BMT College graduates, we honour more than the qualifications they have earned. We celebrate the journeys that have shaped them and the people they have become along the way.

Never underestimate what today’s small actions may be planting within you.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Your journey is shaping you. 🎓

Some Mondays arrive carrying the weight of what has already happened… and the uncertainty of everything still ahead.

But neither your past nor the unknown gets the final word.

What matters most is what you carry within you: your resilience, your courage, your ability to begin again, and your willingness to keep moving forward.

You may be more capable than you realise.

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
— Henry Stanley Haskins

Graduation 2026 is loading… ✨

Last year, we celebrated more than qualifications.

We celebrated the determination behind every late-night study session, the courage to keep going while balancing work, family and life, and the graduates now stepping forward as leaders, innovators and changemakers in business and HR.

“Give light and people will find the way.” — Ella Baker

At BMT College, we are proud to see our graduates carry that light into their workplaces, communities and futures.

To the Class of 2026: your moment is coming.

Let’s get ready to celebrate. 🎓
