You've already made it out to training or to the gym, youβre already tired and hurting, so why not push yourself and make that pain and exhaustion worth it? It is so easy to give into the temptation of giving up when we get tired and when we're hurting. But if you can power through and will yourself to do that little bit extra and to keep going with your training, you will be thankful afterwards. Let's face it no-one has ever regretted going to the gym and taking that pumped up selfie afterwards π

Post Christmas condition check π π€·π»ββοΈ had food π₯ , had wine π· , had chocolate π« . All of lifeβs little pleasures was had, so do I feel guilty ? No, not one bit, because weβre creating a lifestyle here. Weβre not prepping for an event in 6 weeks time. Weβre preparing for a life of fulfilment. And happiness. Yes I love having abs πͺπ» and yes we all feel more confident walking around looking good. But within reason enjoy all life has to over and be your own accountability partner, or better yet let kyletaylorfitness walk you in to the new year with a plan that will not only keep you on track but will ensure you get all you want, all the enjoyment, and the abs π
