16 September 2024 – but early application is encouraged

🟡 What are the main documents needed to apply?
・Unabridged birth certificate of the applicant
・IDs (certified copies) of both parents/legal guardians
・Latest Grade 5 & Grade 6 Reports (certified copies)
・Proof of income to demonstrate financial need
