Houghton Muslim Academy is proud to celebrate the remarkable performance of our learners at the *Home of Archery Inter-School Competition*.

Competing against various schools, our archers displayed focus and discipline, earning medals across several age groups and making their mark on the day.

These results reflect the commitment and effort our learners continue to put into their sport, and we commend each participant for flying the HMA flag with pride.

Can you believe our *_Foundation Phase_* learners have officially hit the 100-day milestone? 💯 To celebrate, we took a little trip into the future!
Today, our school looked less like a school and a bit more like a very energetic retirement village! Our creative learners showed up dressed as *_100-year-olds_*, complete with grey hair, walking sticks, shawls, spectacles, and suspenders. 👵🏽🕶️👨🏼‍🦳
From day one to day 100, these little “centenarians” have grown in leaps and bounds—not just academically, but in character, confidence, and friendship. We are incredibly proud of their progress!

Well done to this young change-maker who has already completed 5 of his 10 Drops Challenge 👏

We encourage all learners and families to keep collecting as many drops as possible before challenge cards are returned next week Wednesday.

Remember, this Youth Month initiative is about more than just fundraising, but to impact the lives of many in improving healthcare, water availablity and quality of education.

Houghton Muslim Academy was proud to participate in the AMS Padel Tournament hosted by Roshnee Islamic School, with teams competing in both the Junior and Senior sections.

Our learners represented HMA with enthusiasm, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day.

A special shoutout goes to our standout pair, Isa Areff & Umar Shah, who delivered an incredible performance and battled their way to the finals. After a thrilling and closely contested match, they finished as runners-up.

Well done to all our players for flying the HMA flag high and making us proud!
