A philosophy professor stood before his class with some items on the table in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, about 2 inches in diameter.
He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar.
He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course, rolled into the open areas between the rocks.
He then asked the students again if the jar was full.
They agreed it was.
The professor picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He then asked once more if the jar was full.
The students responded with a unanimous “Yes.”
“Now,” said the professor, “I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The rocks are the important things – your family, your partner, your health, your children – things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter – like your job, your house, your car.
The sand is everything else. The small stuff.”
“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued “there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks.
The same goes for your life.
If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.
Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with those close to you. Take your partner out dancing.
There will always be time to go to school college varsity and work, clean the house, give a dinner party and fix the disposal.
Take care of the rocks first – the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

Brothers and Sisters, Family and Friends, Manene nama Nenekazi!
welcome back and I would like to greet all of you in the Name of God. I hope we had good time off with Families and we started the year with a high note and dedication towards our resolutions.

without delaying and wasting time, here is the question has been asked by number of people: How would I know that i am choosing the right career, or what can I do in order to be like you Khule(just example)?

My honest answer is: in order to determine whether you are choosing the right career path, kumele uzibuze ukuthi ingabe uyayithanda yini leyonto oyoyenza. if uyithanda what will be your income? is the income gona be ok to accomodate the high raising and expectation of life? ingabe umuntu owenze the very same qualification kumthathe iskhathi esingaka nani ukuba afinyelele la khona( althought that we can not consider too much because some of us are lazy to upgrade ourselves.) okubalulekile do not choose the career path because ubone uKhule ephumele, first find out about the disadvantages and advantages then compare them with your personal strenghth!

this is just briefly of my answer there are more and more we can consider! as I have mentioned you are welcome to voice your opinion.

From me ICHULE, don't take my number sohlangane kwi-Inqolobane!

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to da brand new year 2012, it's been a while we haven't share or post any news to this page. First I would like to welcome the new members and wish everybody unyaka omusha! engathi ungaba nezibusiso.

Ladies and Gentlemen we all know that as it is the begining of the Year we set our New year's resolution, what I would like us to advise about is: to set your resolution does not means azokwenzeka but to act on them means ukuwaphumelelisa. now the challege is there are circumstances that might stand in our way umbuzo uthi: How can I make sure that I go as my plans? How can I make sure ukuthi noma ekhona ama circumstances but I always have way to bypass them because CIRCUMSTANCES are the causes of failure. azishe ke bangani hope we will come with positive advise!

from Me Khule Ichule lansondo!
Okumhlophe!
