Please be advised that the Board has resolved to postpone the AGM scheduled for Friday, 29 May 2026 at 17h00.

The Board acknowledges the concerns raised by members and remains committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and credible process that is in the best interests of the Chapter and its members. This additional time will allow the Board to carefully consider the matters raised and conclude the necessary processes relating to the nominations and Board elections for the 2026–2028 term.

We view this as an opportunity to strengthen member confidence, reinforce good governance, and ensure that the Chapter continues to move forward positively and constructively.

Further details regarding the revised AGM date and election process will be communicated in due course.
