You will be responsible for helping the company to identify, monitor and analyse current market conditions for our existing and potential clients and offer practical training solutions. 1. Qualifications/Experience
• Business Management /Marketing (NQF5 or higher)
• Sales and Marketing Experience
• Minimum of 3 years in Skills Development experience required
• Affiliated to skills development body/s (added advantage)
• Demonstrable B-BBEE understanding or qualification
• NQF level 6 (added advantage)
• Experience working for a training provider (added advantage)
• Experience working with the SETA’s
2. Main Responsibilities:
Planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans
• Schedule site visits with new and current clients
• Monitor and review weekly sales plans and targets
Business Development and Marketing
• Conduct market research on scarce and critical skills
• Confirm client challenges, problems, training needs and propose value adding solutions
• Grow market share
• Secure profitable and sustainable contracts
• Conduct research on new and existing clients
• Maintain and update customer data
• Maintain a sustainable relationship with Key Accounts
Sales and Revenue
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts and report on actual revenue
• Respond to tenders
• Prepare proposals or quotations
Customer Experience Management
• Conduct Customer satisfaction surveys
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on deliverables
• Build and maintain sustainable relations with ALL stakeholders (Internal & External)
