At just seven years old, Enzokuhle “Enzo” Gumede, our Grade 2 learner, has already won numerous chess competitions. Enzo has clearly embraced the challenges that come with the busy nature of life at our school, and he is thriving. He is definitely one to watch, and we look forward to following his progress in the years to come.

KPS Family, we would like to introduce you to our Acting School Principal 📚📚

Dr. Trevor Thembinkosi Zwane (TTZ) is an emerging educational researcher whose studies concentrate on school governance and leadership. He possesses significant experience in public ordinary schools and has played a role in leadership development and the professionalisation of school leadership through various service initiatives. His research examines collaboration theory largely, specifically the roles of principals, teacher unions, SMTs, and School Governing Bodies (SGBs) in fostering inclusive and participatory governance in educational institutions. The aim of his work is to empower educational stakeholders and advance sustainable leadership models, particularly in under-resourced educational environments.

The 2025 Most Devoted School Awards recognised our school with a third-place finish and a reward of R30,000.00. We were honoured for our commitment to cleanliness, shaping minds, uplifting communities, and leading with purpose. We salute Hope Restoration Ministries, led by Rev. SC Mathebula, for spearheading this incredible initiative.
