Thursday’s are for . Today, we continue to feature our UJ Convocation Exco, we shine a spotlight on Mr Tumelo Nyoyi, Member of the UJ Convocation Exco. Mr Nyoyi is an altruistic individual, political activist, public servant, conscious being and an empowerer who was born and raised in Katlehong, the east of Johannesburg, in the early 90s.

Mr Nyoyi Studied at Hleziphi Primary School, then Ponego Secondary School, and eventually did his tertiary level at the University of Johannesburg and the University of South Africa. Mr Nyoyi is an education enthusiast and the founder and CEO of Karaboyethu Community Training and Educational Development. In addition, Mr Nyoyi is a deputy secretary of a youth movement at the branch level and an additional member of the Regional Executive Committee at the regional level.

Mr Nyoyi completed a BCom Accounting and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of Johannesburg.
