Roosevelt Extension Nursery School

Roosevelt Extension Nursery School Roosevelt Extension Nursery School (RENS) was started by an Association of Parents. RENS ~ Growing, Happy Children since 1964.

Our page shares meaningful glimpses into a day at pre-school & what a creche should offer. Year Round Enrolments: 1.5-6yrs old Roosevelt Extension Nursery School is a community owned nursery school that was established by an Association of parents ~ Growing, Happy Children since 1964. Our philosophy is LEARNING THROUGH PLAY, promoting whole child development through a daily programme that is structured but flexible, definitely fun, and with a good balance between child led learning and teacher directed activities. All children are recognised as unique individuals, each with their own way of learning, doing and being. Decades of experience, small classes, individual attention, a well-resourced pre-school with a magnificent playground, well priced, value for money education with flexible attendance days, aftercare and holiday care gives working, stay-at-home and work-from-home parents choices, options and peace of mind.

🇿🇦 at RENS 🇿🇦
Today, our little voices reminded us of something big: South Africa is a place of colour, courage, kindness, and connection and the children proudly named the pieces that make our country home.

At we celebrate the joy of belonging, the beauty of diversity, and the hope carried by every child.

🇿🇦 Happy Heritage Day, South Africa! 🇿🇦
We are a rainbow, and every child is a bright, shining stripe. 🌈

🌸 Happy National Women’s Day from ! 🌸

Today, we pause to celebrate the strength, grace, and resilience of women across South Africa. As we look around our classrooms and at these bright, beautiful smiles, we are reminded of the power of honouring our history while nurturing our future. 👑✨
