Airis Johnson, a private chef, not only creates her own line of spice blends but also serves as an adjunct instructor at the Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School in Johannesburg, South Africa. Most recently, Johnson was named Food Network’s Chopped Champion and a two-time competitor.
