The VP Post

27/04/2021

Today marks a significant day in the history of our nation. On the 27th of April of each year, we celebrate our freedom and commemorate the first democratic post-apartheid non-racial elections that were held on April 27th 1994.

The SRC of KDVP have put together a short video to commemorate Freedom Day.

Happy Freedom Day!!🌟❤️

Hi Everyone💕

With all of your delicious recipes we have compiled a Shavuot Cookbook!

On Thursday night we will be celebrating Shavuot. On Shavuot there is custom to eat dairy foods as they are a symbol of modesty and humility, which is appropriate for the occasion of receiving the Torah.

VP’s Cookbook is filled with delicious milk recipes, beautiful thoughts about Shavuot and a special message board that is filled with ‘Chag Sameach’ messages from all of you!!

We wanted to say a special thank you to everyone who sent in recipes, ideas and messages💗

We miss you all so much and hope you have a safe and delicious Shavuot!

Chag Sameach💖
