MEAL IN ONE
VEGETABLE AND EGGS FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS
30ml oil
1tbsp butter
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tomato peeled and chopped
3 eggs
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked potatoes (cubed)
Royco beef hot pot cook in sauce
125ml water
Baby spinach

METHOD
Heat butter and oil in a pot and fry onion until soft
Add tomato, garlic and fry for 2 minuets
Crack eggs in and fry for 2 minutes
Add rice, potatoes and Royco beef hot pot , add a bit of water , spinach and stir to combine
Cook for 5 minuets
Serve with any Protein of your choice
