Our Grade 6 learners have been hard at work creating insightful, eye-catching wildlife conservation posters! 🎨📝 Working together, they researched animals, highlighted the importance of habitat protection, and put together practical steps everyone can take to safeguard our environment and care for living creatures big and small. From recycling and keeping our environment clean to advocating for endangered species, their passion for nature truly shines through! 🌍💚 We are so proud of our young conservation leaders for spreading such an important message of empathy, responsibility, and care. Outstanding effort, Grade 6! 👏✨

🧠 Quiz Whizzes in Action at Jacaranda Academy! 🎉📚

Today, our entire school put their curious minds and sharp thinking to the test during our General Knowledge Quiz! From world facts to science trivia, our learners showed incredible enthusiasm, teamwork, and impressive knowledge across all grades. A huge congratulations to everyone who participated, and a special shoutout to our top achievers who proudly earned 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place certificates! 🏆

🌟 Celebrating Our Diversity and Unity at Jacaranda Academy! 🌍✨

Our Grade 5 learners recently put their creativity and hearts into a wonderful Life Skills project! Each learner created a colourful poster presenting their faith, customs, and places of worship from Christianity and Hinduism to Judaism and Diwali celebrations. 🎨📖 Through this project, our learners not only shared their own traditions but also learned about the rich beliefs of their classmates. It was a beautiful reminder that understanding each other builds kindness, mutual respect, and inclusion within our school family. 🕊️💛

Who says reading buddies only belong in the classroom? Our little ones decided their plush friends deserved a fun break in the sun today!
From sliding down the jungle gym to digging in the sandbox, our reading buddies joined in on all the outdoor fun. Nothing brings extra smiles to break time quite like sharing the playground with a trusted cuddly friend! 💙✨

✂️📐 Math Comes Alive in Grade 5!

Our Grade 5s have been hard at work constructing 3D geometric shapes from nets! By physically cutting, folding, and assembling their own shapes, our learners are gaining a whole new, hands-on understanding of 3D geometry. Great focus and creative problem-solving on display today! 👏✨

MANDELA MONTH

Today marks the final day of Mandela Month, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our incredible learners and staff who brought in groceries for our drive! We strive to instill good character and teach our children the importance of kindness, and today was a beautiful reflection of those values. Our learners went out into the community to hand out the food parcels directly to those around us. Seeing their compassion in action was the best way to wrap up this month of giving, thank you to all of our learners and families for your generosity! 🌟❤️
