Before considering BluLever’s Cape Town apprenticeship pathway, here are a few things to know:

🔹 The apprenticeship is a three-year commitment.
🔹 Employer-based learning forms part of the pathway.
🔹 Funding may be available through different routes, but funding is not guaranteed.
🔹 Candidates and families should plan for travel and other personal costs.
🔹 Completing the apprenticeship does not guarantee employment.

The goal is simple: make sure candidates and their families understand the commitment before taking the next step.

An informed decision is a better starting point for any career.

The successful candidate will lead BluLever’s B2B sales and partnership strategy, manage and develop the Sales Manager and Sales Support team, build relationships with employers, manufacturers, funders and scholarship providers, and secure high-value partnerships that support apprentice placements and organisational growth.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership. Strong experience in consultative selling, negotiating value-based partnerships, coaching high-performing teams and managing data-driven sales pipelines is essential.

BluLever is looking for a passionate, motivated and relationship-driven professional to support business development through prospecting, cold calling and strong client engagement.

The successful candidate will identify and engage potential clients, manage and track interactions on our CRM system, build relationships with prospective partners and provide ongoing sales support to the broader CRM team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience working with people and an interest in sales, customer service or client relationship management. BluLever is looking for a passionate, empathetic and dedicated professional to support young adults throughout their apprenticeship journey and help strengthen their personal, professional and work-readiness development.

The successful candidate will help design and implement holistic support programmes for apprentices, facilitate wellness and work-readiness initiatives, provide individual support, and contribute to Leadership Base Camp and Alumni Programme activities.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is a qualified and registered Social Worker, Psychologist or Counsellor, with 1–3 years of experience supporting young adults. Experience in facilitation, teaching or training will be beneficial, together with a strong passion for education, youth development and creating a positive learner experience.
