INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR SUBJECT ADVISORS.
One of the key stakeholders in innovating, strengthening, and improving teaching and learning in schools is the Subject Advisors. They play a vital role in education by supporting, monitoring, and guiding educators to enhance curriculum delivery, teaching quality, learner performance, and the effective implementation of educational policies and programmes.
As stakeholders responsible for supporting education in all these areas, they must be skilled in using technology and ICT gadgets to modernise and simplify teaching and learning.
To ensure these goals are achieved, the Matthew Goniwe School of Leadership and Governance (MGSLG) continues to provide Subject Advisors with ICT Integration Training.
This programme aims to equip them with the tactics and strategies necessary to effectively support educators in integrating information and communication technology (ICT) into teaching and learning.
It enhances their capacity to guide schools in using digital tools, promote innovative teaching practices, improve learner engagement, and strengthen digital literacy among both educators and learners.
