We offer Health Promotion one year course and Occupational Home Based Care for 6 months. Both courses you can study physical and online.
Option 1. No registration fee for Health Promotion one year course if you pay R18,000 cash valid until 17 September 2026.

Duties of the learner at the clinic

A. Measurement of vital signs in adults and children
1. Measure vital signs in adults and children (Temperature, Pulse, Respiration Rate, BMI, Mid Upper Arm Circumference
2. Make appropriate referrals based on vital sign readings.

B. ADMINISTER TREATMENTS
1. Correctly administer Vitamin A, Zinc, oral rehydration, deworming medication, topical medications for scabies, lice, and minor skin rashes.
2. Manage the stock of treatment preparations

C. Visit and observe the duties performed by staff:
1. Primary Health Care Clinic (well babies, sick babies, antenatal clinic, TB and HIV services, chronic diseases, family planning and contraception).
2. Community Health Centre (Delivery of babies, care of newborn babies, examination of women in labour, examination of women after delivery).
3. Health pharmacies at primary health care facilities.
