A Hot Chocolate Morning ☕️

From cosy conversations to happy smiles and chocolatey moustaches, it was a morning filled with warmth, community, and fun.
Our Junior primary children arrived wrapped in their cosiest pyjamas and gowns before stepping into the welcoming Blue Heart Café, where they were greeted with warm smiles and delicious hot chocolate.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful moms who so generously gave of their time to serve our little customers with such kindness and care and heart. 💙

✨There is something truly magical about a handful of sand. Tiny fingers scoop, sift and explore as soft grains slip through their hands like a gentle waterfall.
As the sand trickles through, children discover new textures, build sensory awareness and experience the simple joy of being present in the moment.

Sometimes, the greatest learning happens in the smallest moments – one grain of sand at a time.

🌙✨ 𝗔 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 ✨🌙

On Thursday, 6 August our HeronBridge College Grade 12 learners celebrated a magical evening at their 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, embracing the enchanting theme 𝘼 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙚. From elegant moments to laughter, friendship and cherished memories, it was a wonderful celebration of their final school year.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Da Costa, the Matric Dance Committee and all the staff behind the scenes for their dedication, creativity and countless hours of planning that made this special evening possible. 💫

Here’s to memories that will last long after the final school bell! 🤍

With much excitement our Primary school came together and packed 132 boxes 📦📦of meals for communities in need, they brought their joy and willing hands to make this an incredible 2 days of positive impact! From Grade 1 - 7 each learner took the task at hand to get this challenge done.🙌
Thank you to our wonderful HBC community for raising the funds through market day and dress up initiatives and then coming together for this incredible Rise Against Hunger initiative. 💙💙

Our Grade R’s had a wonderful time enjoying the interactive show “𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐞”! 🎭✨

Through fun, laughter and lots of participation, the children explored some very important life lessons, having grit, taking responsibility, choosing kindness, and celebrating what makes each of us unique and special. 💙

It was a beautiful reminder that we all have the power to make a difference, persevere when things get tricky, take responsibility for our choices, and most importantly, be proud of who we are! 🥰

Because there is only one YOU, and that makes you pretty special! ✨
