Beyond Capability

Today it's foggy and freezing but my mind is clear and my heart is warm and full...

All my life He has been faithful. All my life He has been so so good. With every breathe that I am able I'm gonna sing of the goodness of God!
He has led me through the fire... even though I have behaved terribly at times... His goodness is running after me...
Every day, as tough as life is, I have so much to be grateful for, that he has brought me and my family through and blessed us with.

My daughter came home this morning from a sleepover at her cousin's house and I knew she would be a bit sad because her cousin had a movie date and she wasn't included. So I made a little surprise gift for her to cheer her up and she loved it. It made me think of Matthew 7:11-12 "If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets."

While searching for a gift bag I found old pencil bags that my boys aren't using anymore. Perfect to add to the Mandela Day bags of unused items that I plan to give away. Sharing is caring!
