Human Capital Learning Solutions (HCLS) is proud to be the training service provider to Ericsson South Africa for its Field Operations Learnership Programme, with the first cohort launched in KuGompo, Eastern Cape.
This 12-month programme is creating an important skills-development opportunity for 15 young people from the Eastern Cape, preparing them for careers within South Africaβs telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector.
Through the FET Certificate: Telecommunication Network Operations (SAQA ID 59057, NQF Level 4), HCLS delivers the structured learning, technical and practical training, learner support and workplace preparation needed to develop job-ready telecom professionals.

HCLS is proud to partner with the Department of Correctional Services (DCS) on a National project to equip participants with practical Cellphone Repair and SMME Development skills, helping them turn technical ability into real income-generating opportunities within South Africaβs township and rural economies.
