📡 HCLS DEVELOPING TELECOM TALENT IN THE EASTERN CAPE

Human Capital Learning Solutions (HCLS) is proud to be the training service provider to Ericsson South Africa for its Field Operations Learnership Programme, with the first cohort launched in KuGompo, Eastern Cape.

This 12-month programme is creating an important skills-development opportunity for 15 young people from the Eastern Cape, preparing them for careers within South Africa’s telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector.

Through the FET Certificate: Telecommunication Network Operations (SAQA ID 59057, NQF Level 4), HCLS delivers the structured learning, technical and practical training, learner support and workplace preparation needed to develop job-ready telecom professionals.

What we're looking for:

✅ Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Literacy, Education or Training (NQF Level 4 or higher)
✅ Previous facilitation or training experience (advantageous)
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Passion for developing people and building digital skills
✅ Willingness to travel within programme areas

📍 Preference will be given to applicants residing in the Tshwane District.
