Generative AI is transforming how we work, but effective use requires more than knowing which tool to use.

Join us for a practical, facilitator-led session exploring how generative AI works, effective prompting, critical evaluation using the SIFT method, and the ethics, copyright and accountability considerations that professionals need to understand.

Participants will also gain hands-on experience applying these principles across ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM and Canva AI.

The key takeaway? AI can augment human judgement, but accountability remains human.
