We may not do it perfectly, but we've grown so much. Thank you to our incredible trainers (Karen & Richard) for giving your time, your wisdom, and your hearts to invest in us. Thank you for helping us break through fear, anxiety, and the barriers that keep us from using our voices 🗣️

This course wasn't just about public speaking, it was about becoming better servants and better leaders for the Kingdom of God. We leave encouraged, challenged, and equipped to keep growing into all that the Lord has called us to be 🙌🏼

Growing as a leader sometimes means studying, praying, serving… and sometimes surviving a workout. 🔥😂

We are committed to developing leaders who grow in spirit, mind, and body… even though some of our faces during the workout might suggest otherwise. 😅💪

This little compilation shows the difference between how we arrived at the gym and how we left. Some came out stronger, some transformed, and some simply survived. 😂

Together, we continue growing in every area of life so we can serve Jesus more effectively and fulfill the purpose He has for us.

New year. New team. Same Ignite energy.

This crew is stepping into a season filled with early mornings, strong coffee, team laughs, serving moments, leadership growth, and plenty of memories in the making. It’s going to be stretching, rewarding, and full of moments they’ll never forget.

We’re excited for all that’s ahead and the stories that will come from this year.
