Grit is built on stamina—the ability to persist even when the work feels unrewarding or monotonous. Understand that huge achievements are built on consistent, small steps. Keep going.
Stamina isn't just for one season; it's about building a career with longevity. This means making the right choices today to secure your success for tomorrow.
Consistency triumphs over intensity. Push past the mundane towards your goals by slowing down to go further. Focus on long-term commitment, not just short-term gains. Trust the process, even through delays or needed rest. As Angela Duckworth says, 'Grit is more about stamina than intensity.'
True stamina isn't about one great moment, but lasting impact. Consistency and foresight are key. Like the wild dog, conditioning your body and mind for long-term performance, not just short-term gain, is how you achieve lasting success. Invest in your career.
