Donor Relations Representatives

Jicama 89 NPC – a registered NPO and Section 18A PBO – is looking for passionate, self-motivated, and professional Donor Relations Representatives and Products Coordinator to join our growing team!

We support three under-resourced special needs schools across Gauteng and are looking for individuals who want to make a real difference by helping us secure donations, build lasting partnerships, and drive positive impact.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Review and understand our Projects & Needs Lists for each beneficiary school

Cold-call and email companies and potential sponsors to secure monetary and product donations

Maintain detailed records of donations, calls, and follow-ups

Coordinate with schools to ensure accurate delivery and acknowledgment of donations

Collect donations from donors when needed

Submit monthly reports on outcomes and performance

✅ Requirements:
Own car and valid driver’s license (product coordinator)

Sales experience (telephonic or face-to-face)

Well-spoken and confident communicator

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Highly organised and self-disciplined

Strong understanding of professionalism and donor engagement
