Practitioners Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is a process-based psychology aimed at bringing self-awareness and insight to the client. Whilst a wide and diverse tool in the field of personal development, this process-based psychology is extensively utilized in areas of life and career coaching, designed to bring about enhanced motivation, and purpose driven performance. With a keen interest in the Spiritual aspects of life, I completed a Non-Secular Doctoral Degree with the University of Sedona (USA) and achieved a Doctoral Degree in Metaphysical Sciences (Msc.D). Metaphysics simply refers to that which is above and beyond the physical level. Like Consciousness, Thoughts, Religious beliefs, understanding and logic. This program is religious in nature and gave me a good understanding on how to Coach on a “Meta” Level. Meaning, honouring clients on their own level of Spiritual awareness. Not to be confused with a branch of Metaphysics referred to as Esoterica. In 2015 I completed a Neuromodulation course, which utilises a diagnostic tool to measure gratification in context specific areas of life. This diagnostic tool is useful in assessing which aspects of life disrupts your performance which often leads to feelings of helpless/hopelessness. This is based on the effects of Neuro-chemistry which can negatively impact on your day to day life. Correcting the Neuro-Chemistry engages Neuroplasticity (creating new neural pathways) for reaching goals and instilling positive and permanent change. In summary, living consciously is the ultimate goal, there are many paths to get there, and the journey is never complete. Around every corner there is something new to discover in the rich experience of living fully conscious.
