Draw a picture or write a list of at least five things you are grateful for.

Make a collage or an art piece/sculpture from all natural things that you have found outside in your garden or in a park (leaves, flowers, twigs, stones, sand, grass, bark etc.)

Day 19: โ€œLetโ€™s spend time with an older person.โ€ ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿ‘ด

Older people are special. Do a fun activity with your grandparents, or another older person, such as building a puzzle or playing a game.


Day 18: โ€œLetโ€™s learn to greet in another language.โ€ ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™‹

Learn to say: "Hello, how are you?" in a language different to yours. Ask someone (or Google) to teach you and practice greeting people.


Day 17: I am aware ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Experience nature through your senses. Spend some time outdoors and draw/list or describe four things that you can see, hear, touch and feel.


Day 15: Let's lend a hand at home ๐Ÿ 

Help your parent or guardian with an activity that you do not often help with, such as helping wash the car, mow the lawn or doing the washing.


Day 14: Let's get flexible ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ

Try some easy Yoga or stretches to strengthen your body and make you more flexible


Day 13: Let's read to someone ๐Ÿ“–

Read your favourite story or book to a friend or family member and ask them what they thought about it


Day 11: Let's get bent out of shape ๐Ÿ”Ž

Go on a photo scavenger hunt and take pictures of certain shapes and how they appear in nature/your surroundings (circle, square, diamond, rectangle, triangle, heart, star, oval, arrow, cross โ€“ and for more of a challenge โ€“ cube, cylinder, crescent, hexagon, semicircle)


Day 9: Let's take better care of our resources ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ก

Make a list of all the ways you use water and electricity during a day and see if you can save some by doing something differently


Day 8: I am special! โค๏ธ

Ask your friends and family what they love about you. Write it down or draw pictures about what they say and stick it up on your wall


Day 7: Let's spring clean!

Clean out your cupboards in your room. Are there things that you can use more, throw away or give to someone? Check with your parent or guardian first!


Day 6: Let's have a picnic! ๐Ÿฅช

Help plan a picnic for your family, in your yard or somewhere else. What food will you take with you? Comment on this post or tell us on WhatsApp


Day 4: Let's tackle litter! ๐Ÿ—‘

Tidy up the pavement near your home, on the beach, in the park. Pick up the litter. Please be safe, go with a parent, and use gloves!


Day 3: Let's build something ๐Ÿ’ช

Build something making use of wooden or plastics blocks, sticks, cardboard, playing cards, lego, etc.


Day 2: Journalist for the day ๐Ÿง

Get to know a family member, friend or neighbour that you don't know that well. Prepare a few questions beforehand to ask them.
