9️⃣Here I as a life path 9 am at the tail-end of a 9-year, lovingly closing off on the container of Unique Life Empowerment...

💜It's taking me by surprise to experience so deeply that gratitude and grief can coexist simultaneously.

❤Gratitude for the gift of graceful growth within myself as a seeker, explorer and concious business owner, and by extension the growth and expansion of ULE too...
💔Grief for perceived 'giving up' of a container that has served as space for primarily my own healing and for those called to it over the past 5 years...

✨Just as I can be grateful and in grief at the same time, so too can I build and deconstruct at the same time... The new container for my service offerings is being gently birthed.

🎇As I'm deconstructing ULE, I recognize the healing and whole-ling that has settled for me to move forward (or actually simply deeper) with my heart calling...

🙇🏻‍♀️The existence of deconstructing does not take away from the reality of healing. I do believe it actually adds to our capacity to stand in healing and whole-ling.

🎁Beloved, as you close of on your year and as you let go of the outdated and misaligned aspects, beliefs and focusses, may you see that especially letting go or deconstructing is a gift in itself.

🤔For much of my time on Earth, I've perceived power as
✊strength at all cost,
✊grit to get through stuff,
✊resilience to rise after falling and
✊persevering through pain.

🙇🏻‍♀️A shift has occurred over recent weeks, as I found myself powerfully transition into tranquility, gentleness, softness - a different kind of power has been felt here...

🥰It is with Love, Gratitude and Peace that I am closing up on ULE...

🦁My personal courage point in life, in healing, in ascending, has exceeded that of ULE and what it can hold, and a new container calls...

🎇So on this powerful 12:12 portal, I rise into the Essence of my own Light, as I step into creating and birthing something new and more aligned to who I am right now.

🪶Beloved, since 2021 I've been a spaceholder for transmission of this sacred shamanic rite.

🙊Shame for not being able to speak about my s*xual trauma earlier in life...
😣Shame for toughrning ip and showing up as 'a man' depending largely on my actions and doing instead of my softness at home, in my career a d in relationships...
🧡Shame for silencing my true creative nature for much of my life and instead depending on only logic, practicalities and doing...

Shame. Is. Heavy... 🧡💔😣 So too are secrets...😔🙏

🙈Transitioning from the known into the unknown can be scary, right...?

🤔I'm reflecting on some major transitions I've been blessed to navigate in this life (although at the time the process did not feel like a blessing!).

🙇🏻‍♀️With grit, in gratitude and through grace, I made it through, and with these energies I still brave challenging yet deeply shifting transitions today.

❄So, on this I'm sharing some from 2020, as I just settled from my exit from corporate - definitely a biggie for me.

❄🙏❄🙏❄🙏❄🙏❄🙏❄

In Lala-land they said she lived,
forgetful of her mind
They did not know she journeyed inwards
to herself seek and find

Some thought her a fool for listening
to the singing of her heart,
For leaving her job and skipping rules
and making this life her art

She started studying Self instead of books,
meditating at the dawn and under stars
In blissful stillness she did learn
the blessing and beauty of her scars

Running from her thoughts no longer,
she sat and she started listening
Heeding the true voice from deep within
until her cheeks from tears were glistening

More aware of her Self she did become
and more discerning of her ego
Straightening her spine, releasing trauma
and connecting to the essence of indigo

And so a perspective is that she ran,
but another is that she's free
Perhaps she never did run away,
and perhaps simply seeking truth is her key

Adding to this, I attended an immersive Light and Shadow Integration coaching workshop this past weekend and I'm in awe of the unintended yet syncronystical placement of this session just before Diwali.

I'm reminded that a candle burning in the night or in darkness is more visible and impactful than a candle burning in an already lit space or in the day.

In this, I'm reminded to honour, witness and allow darkness or shadow to simply be the holder of the Light...
