MCARE endeavors to comprehensively assess individuals current concerns and needs. Using this information to inform an integrative approach to generate solutions which will assist our clients in moving towards a state of wellness. Our approach focuses on facilitating long term growth and change. Our concerns are normally multifaceted, and thus the solutions should be multifaceted as well.

MCARE is gearing up to present matric exam revision workshops over weekends for a few of our subjects.
With Matric exams starting at the end of October , we feel it it important to support students as much as possible.
Please get in contact with us to book a seat for face to face workshops.
Sessions will simultaneously be presented online in order to increase access for students.

We are excited to announce the beginning of our K53 Learners exam revision workshops.
Workshops take place over weekends at the MCARE offices based in Fairlands.
The program consists of a 3-hour theoretical workshop which prepares participants for the exam. This covers motorbike and car controls , road signs and rules of the road. Learners are then able to write two mock exams at the centre for extra revision.
The total package is R1000 , where in addition to the facilitated workshop hours , learners receive a copy of the workshop slides, an additional summarised revision pack as well as extra practical information for drivers.
