Good evening,

I haven't posted in a very long time on my page, since the 19th March 2022. The last episode I published on my podcast was on the 4th February 2022. I'm sure many have been wondering what's happening. It's just that I have been focusing on other avenues of Changing Lifes that needed my attention. This also led to some personal issues (struggles) I had to not only face, but deal with.

My personal issues (struggles) led me down a very scary path so many other men face alone, without any support structure.

It made me realise and think about the following:

(1) Men suffer in silence.
(2) Mental health and Men.

Especially how Men deal with Depression and what the signs are.

My next podcast episode is currently a work in progress and will be ready soon. Taking time as it's an emotional one for me.
