On the other hand, the Economic Recovery and Reconstruction Plan (ERRP) was introduced in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on mitigating the economic impact of the crisis and promoting recovery.

While the NDP and ERRP have different objectives and timelines, they are interconnected in that the ERRP's success is critical to achieving the goals of the NDP, especially in terms of creating employment, reducing poverty, and promoting inclusive economic growth.

Therefore, the implementation of the ERRP must align with the NDP's long-term development goals to ensure sustainable and equitable economic growth for the country.
