National Certificate: New Venture Creation

NQF Level 4 Learnership

The process and criteria shall be as follows –
a. Unemployed youth not older than 25 years of age.
b. The company will offer twelve months theoretical and entrepreneurship skills training.
c. The learnership will be a limited duration agreement for twelve months only and WIKA
will pay wages/stipend at R3000 p.m.
d. After twelve months, the company will decide which of the learners are suitable to
participate in the WIKA Enterprise and Supplier Development Programme - decision
by the management panel.
e. Applicants must reside in the Gauteng area.
f. Applicants with disabilities are welcome to apply. We require a valid Medical
Certificate that declares disability.

b. Valid South African I.D
Interview, Selection and On-Boarding Process
The standard screening, interview, selection and on-boarding process will be followed as per
WIKA’s learnership procedure.
Referrals
If you introduce a candidate/s for a possible learnership at WIKA, we will have to assume that
you can vouch for their character and integrity as your reputation and WIKA’s will be at stake.
Therefore, we kindly request for you to not send CVs of candidate/s you do not know on a
personal level.
