💫 Lwazi Vilakazi also brought home a prestigious award for her brilliant Vaseline Cera-Glow campaign — what a glow-up for BMH talent! 💛
Both Sebabatso and Lwazi majored in Public Relations (Diploma in Media Practices) and come from the same class and year group — talk about power peers! 🙌

Our PR students are making real change! ✨

Our 3rd-year Public Relations students united to shatter GBV norms with their campaign “Shatter Norms: Hands Should Hold, Not Hurt.” 💜

Through awareness drives, campus radio dialogues, raffles, and a powerful “POWA Day” event, they raised R4,000 in support of POWA (People Opposing Women Abuse). From candlelight ceremonies to poetry and performances, the campaign inspired solidarity, courage, and hope.

Proud to announce that Grant Nash—our Boston Media House & Boston Broadcast Academic Manager for Radio—has been appointed Head Judge for the 15th Telkom Radio Awards (2025). He’ll be leading the judging process, refining criteria, and ensuring fairness and integrity across all categories!

Grant Nash to head judging of the 2025 Telkom Radio Awards - The Media Online In its commitment to ensure high standards of fairness, the Telkom Radio Awards has appointed Grant Nash as head judge for its 15th edition.

The Animation Department at Boston Media House welcomed a guest talk by the awesome Tyron Da Gama .

Tyron is a multi-faceted 3D artist at video game studio Nyamakop . The studio recently released the much anticipated African-futurist heist game Relooted. He shared industry experiences, expectations from the workplace, etiquette for young artists entering the work-pool along with valuable character artist workflows.
