The South African Arts & Culture Youth Forum would like to inform you of the change on the date for the upcoming Young Actors Workshop. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop will now be held on the 14th and 15th February 2025 instead of the previously announced date.
We sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause to your plans. Our team is working diligently to ensure that this change results in a seamless transition, with all aspects of the workshop remaining intact.

The Playhouse Company is holding auditions for the new musical production titled From Gibson Kente to Mbongeni Ngema which will be staged at the Opera Theatre in May 2024.
Anyone interested in auditioning should please note the following:
- candidates need to prepare a monologue of one to two minutes in length;
- candidates are asked to please bring in a headshot photograph and their CV to the audition;
- candidates need to be able to sing and dance and
- candidates need to be available for rehearsals and performances from April to May 2024
