🔥🔥 LITTLE EXPLORERS – THIS WEEK WE LEARNED ABOUT FIRE!🔥🔥

This week at Little Explorers, things got HOT! ❤️🧡💛 We explored the exciting world of FIRE through colour, texture, movement and lots of messy sensory fun! 🔥✨

🌋 Tray 1 – Fire & Logs
We explored black lentils alongside bright flames and wooden log-shaped pasta. The children could scoop, pour, touch and explore while creating their own little fire scenes. 🌲🔥

🌽 Tray 2 – Fiery Colours
Red, yellow and orange maize samp created the perfect sensory invitation to explore the warm colours of fire. ❤️💛🧡

🎀 Tray 3 – Dancing Flames
Red, yellow and orange streamers gave us the chance to explore movement and watch our "flames" dance and swirl! 🔥💨

🫧 Tray 4 – PUTTING OUT THE FIRE!
And of course, what goes up must come down! 😜🔥 The children got to explore red shaving cream as they pretended to put out the fire. A little messy, a lot of fun and plenty of sensory exploration! ❤️🫧

Through all our activities, our Little Explorers were developing their fine motor skills, sensory awareness, colour recognition, coordination and imagination — all while having FUN! 🥰

🌸🧁 Spring Has Sprung at Little Bakers! 🧁🌸

This week our Little Bakers welcomed Spring into the kitchen! 🌷☀️💕

We got creative and turned simple ice-cream cones into the cutest little Spring Flower Pots! 🌸🌼

The children had so much fun learning how to build and decorate their edible creations, carefully placing each little colourful sweet to create their beautiful flowers. 🌸🍬✨

It was wonderful watching their little faces light up as their creations came together. They were not only baking, but also learning about creativity, patience, fine motor skills and following instructions along the way. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳💕

And the best part? They got to enjoy their beautiful creations afterwards! 😋🌸

🌸🌿 SPRING HAS SPRUNG AT LITTLE EXPLORERS! 🦋🌈

This week our Little Explorers stepped into a beautiful Spring Garden filled with colour, flowers, butterflies and lots of sensory fun! 🌷🦋💕

Our little explorers got to explore colourful rice, flowers and beautiful Spring-inspired textures, using their little hands, scoops, bowls and buckets to scoop, pour, fill and discover. 🌱🥄✨

It was wonderful watching them get stuck in, use their imaginations and enjoy the simple magic of sensory play. 💕 Sometimes the best learning happens when little hands are busy exploring! 🥰

Through our Spring adventure, the children were developing their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration and creativity — all while having loads of fun! 🌈🌸

🎪 Little Bakers – This Week's Baking Fun! 🎪

What an exciting week we had in our Little Bakers class! Our theme this week was Circus, and our young bakers had so much fun creating a delicious Circus Animal Cookie Pudding.

The children enjoyed layering the creamy pudding with colourful Circus Animal Cookies, creating a fun and tasty treat inspired by the magic of the circus. They practiced measuring, mixing, layering, and decorating while building their confidence in the kitchen and learning that baking can be both creative and delicious.

There were plenty of smiles, colourful creations, and, of course, a few sneaky cookie tastes along the way! 🍪🎉

Well done to all our amazing Little Bakers. We are so proud of the enthusiasm and creativity they show each week. We can't wait to see what we'll be baking together next week!

🎪 Little Explorers – This Week's Sensory Adventure! 🎪

What a colourful and exciting week we've had as our Little Explorers stepped right into the magical world of the Circus! 🤹🎈

Our little explorers enjoyed a variety of hands-on sensory activities designed to spark their imagination and develop important skills through play.

🎨 They created their own circus animals using playdough, strengthening their little hands and encouraging creativity.

🤡 They had so much fun making a clown's colourful hair using Fruit Loops, practising fine motor skills while exploring colours and patterns.

🍿 Our sensory trays were filled with popcorn seeds and brightly coloured rice, where the children scooped, poured, searched for hidden treasures, and explored different textures using a variety of tools.

It was a week full of laughter, imagination, creativity, and sensory exploration. We are so proud of how confidently each child explored, created, and learned through play.

✨🌸 OUR VERY FIRST MARKET DAY! 🌸✨

What a special day! 🥹❤️

Today was a little milestone for us as we had our FIRST EVER MARKET DAY, and what an amazing experience it was!

From setting up our goodies and getting everything ready, to seeing the children enjoying our sensory play, it was such a wonderful feeling watching everything come together. 🥰

We had our delicious treats beautifully packaged and ready to go, while our Little Explorers got to dive into some fun, messy sensory play! 🧡💗

There is something so special about taking all the things we love doing and bringing them together in one place — baking, creating, sensory play and, most importantly, seeing the smiles on everyone's faces. 🥰

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, bought something, chatted with us, or simply showed some love. Your support means more than you know! ❤️

This is just the beginning, and we can't wait for the next one! ✨

🥤✨ LITTLE BAKERS – MILKSHAKE FUN! ✨🥤

This week our Little Bakers swapped their aprons for a little milkshake magic! 👩‍🍳💕

Our little bakers learned how to make their very own delicious milkshakes — from creating the creamy base to adding those fun finishing touches. 🥛🍦✨

There is something so special about watching the children make something themselves and then seeing the excitement when they get to enjoy their creation! 😋❤️

They had so much fun mixing, creating, decorating and, of course, tasting!🥤🤭

A little sweetness, a lot of fun and plenty of happy little bakers! 👩‍🍳🥰
