As lead Facilitator, Trainer, Instructional Designer and Professional Ontological Coach, Cindy enables people to explore, connect to, and grow their individual potential. With more than 16 years’ man

agement / leadership experience, her key competencies are corporate communication, team coaching, people development and leadership coaching. She has a people-centered leadership style and earnest mentorship and compassion underpin her professional work ethic. Continuous career training has fueled her aptitude in leadership development and communications training. In particular, her tenacity and strong interpersonal skills have resulted in superior sales and business portfolio growth and the securing of key corporate partners over the years. As Facilitator, Trainer, Instructional Designer and Professional Ontological Coach, she always aims to coach and uplift people beyond their limitations to improve their overall work performance and effectiveness skills. Clients include numerous UN agencies (UNITAR, UNESCO, UNSSC, UNOG etc.) as well as private and public sector. Cindy has also been working for The Non-Violence Project Foundation for 3 years as their Master Trainer, creating and delivery content on Sexual Harassment, Mobbing and Bullying, and most recently working as the NVPF’s Training Development and Educational Manager. Cindy has also conducted and worked with 360 assessments and interpretation for WMO. Today, we want to talk about something that is profoundly important to me – Mental Health and Su***de Awareness. It's a topic that often stays in the shadows, but it's high time we shed light on it, removed the stigma, and started an open conversation.

Mental health struggles affect more lives than we can imagine. Behind the professional facades, the polished resumes, and the LinkedIn profiles, we all have our battles. The truth is, it's okay not to be okay. We must acknowledge that the path to success and fulfillment can sometimes be paved with struggles and setbacks.

Su***de is a global crisis, and the statistics are staggering. Every 40 seconds, someone loses their life to su***de. The pain is immeasurable, and it leaves a permanent void in the lives of families, friends, and communities. It's a crisis we cannot ignore any longer.

We have a collective responsibility to create a compassionate and supportive workplace environment. Back in Beautiful South Africa! 🇿🇦✈️

Thrilled to be back on home soil after an incredible journey to Bangkok! 🌍

The past few days have been nothing short of amazing. Being part of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) program in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) was an honour beyond words. Our workshops on "Navigating Time & Managing Stress" and "Mastering Impactful Writing" aimed not only to enrich attendees' professional lives but also their personal growth journey. The energy and enthusiasm from everyone involved made this experience truly remarkable.

The positive feedback from both attendees and organizers has been heartwarming and motivating. Knowing that my efforts have impacted lives for the better is the greatest reward. 🙌

But as they say, "There's no place like home." 🏡 Being back in South Africa, surrounded by family and friends fills my heart with joy. Grateful for the experiences, the learning, and the chance to come back and share it all with you.
