Never be Doubted!
Another powerful cohort for the Chartered OD Practitioner™ (CODP™). Wow, this was a conversation to remember!
From three countries, eight forward-thinking organisations looking to aggressively drive sustainable growth whilst solving deep, challenging OE problems came together for this engaging week-long CODP™ conversation.
From OD Diagnostics to Design, WFT, Change and Culture, every delegate walked away with more than just a conversation. We explored practical OD frameworks for the challenges of our time, the best-in class approaches that align with our clients and stakeholders, as well as the crucial, must-nurture relationships that we need to build and sustain to accelerate our impact as OD Practitioners to both business and people work.
At the end of it all, the biggest question that was asked, and will linger in every delegate’s mind as they head back to their organisations is; Is OD an HR role and deliverable, and must OD report to HR or it must report to the CEO?
To CHROs out there, if you understand OD and what it can do for your business, then maybe, just maybe, you will understand the significance of the Question above.

Pandemonium during the CTP Case!
One of those unforgettable Bootcamp classes that brought everything to the table - a fired-up cohort with passion and emotions in the mix, deep authentic conversations, exploring real solutions to solve real talent management problems, a diverse industry profile of participating organisations - this was an amazing blend of learning and fun.

Done & dusted!
This one had every ingredient of a memorable Certification Cohort - hard hitting conversations, live case analyses, immersive learning, laughter and fun, and great hospitality thanks to the wonderful hospitality team at Radisson Blu Sandton. Concrete commitments on implementation and impact back at work were also taken. This is how the Chartered OD Practitioner (CODP) Certification Bootcamp class simply went down at the Radisson Blu Sandton, JHB, South Africa.
A common OE imperative demanding not just decisive, but knowledgeable intervention is Cultural Transformations and Resets - we need to get this right guys! This Cohort is now fully equipped to lead successful Cultural Transformations as they now have a turnkey Toolkit and set of enabling Frameworks on subject matter. More importantly, the relationships forged amongst delegates during the week will also accelerate benchmarking amongst participating organisations.
We have absolute conviction that this wonderful Cohort of OD and OE Practitioners will ‘never be doubted’.

Debswana Goes 3-D Mentor Certification (3-D)
It was always designed for, and targeted at talent-centric organisations that are looking to accelerate talent investment rapidly and sustainably. Hence, the 3-D Mentor Certification Program has a track record of attracting heavyweight employer brands that are looking at mentorship as an enabler of their talent factories. International Talent Management Academy and Allaboard Africa - Botswana, are honoured to be working with Debswana Diamond Company a member of De Beers Group, in reimagining the company’s Mentorship Program.
Our mandate is to provide Debswana with a full-stack Mentoring solution that encompasses (i) developing a robust Mentor bench, (ii) developing a mentorship activation and implementation roadmap, and (iii) developing a turnkey mentoring toolkit. In this regard, iTMA and Allaboard Botswana have successfully kickstarted certification training for senior and executive managers to become capable and confident mentors.
