Our Macaw Class had so much fun stepping, squishing, and exploring their way through a colourful foot-painting adventure—with plastic bags on their feet! 🦜💛 Not only was it lots of fun, but it also helped develop coordination, balance, sensory awareness, and confidence through play.
The best part? Watching their colourful footprints come to life! 👣🎨✨

Youth Day is a special opportunity to honour the courage of the young people who helped shape our country’s future, while also celebrating the incredible potential of the children in our care today.

🚀✨ 3, 2, 1… BLAST OFF! ✨🚀

One of our 00 Class’s favourite activities from our Space theme was this balloon rocket experiment! 🎈🚀 Our little scientists watched in amazement as the balloon zoomed along the string, helping us explore how rockets blast off into space.

The children loved making predictions, sharing their ideas, and observing what happened when the air escaped from the balloon. It was a fun and engaging way to bring science to life through play and discovery! 🌟🧑‍🔬

While our little learners are busy having fun, they’re also discovering, investigating, and learning through hands-on experiences that help them better understand the world around them. 🌿🫶

We love creating opportunities for children to explore with their senses, ask questions, and make exciting discoveries through play. After all, some of the best learning happens when little hands get busy! 💛

☀️🔬 SCIENCE + SUNSHINE = the perfect recipe for fun! Today our little scientists explored the power of heat as we tested what melts, softens and dries out in the warm sun 🌞🍫🧈🍞

The children were fascinated as they watched each item change throughout the experiment, carefully comparing textures, shapes and even smells as the sunshine worked its magic. There were so many giggles, surprised faces and clever predictions along the way! Watching the children make observations, ask questions and think like real scientists was definitely the highlight of our day ✨

We also spent time talking about why the sun feels warm and how heat can change different materials in different ways. The excitement and curiosity from everyone made the whole experience even more special ☀️🧪
