Just to explain to everyone . We do not specifically teach fighting at all in my school. Sure I explain some interpretation of the meaning of postures as I have understood them BUT My aim is to teach gracefulness in movement, expression and peace . I’m not interested in fighting I don’t watch fights , no mma , none of that.

I seek the ultimate power, experience and something that lasts forever in the classes and that is a state of the heart , of all the above including peace.

That you take with you upon leaving this world, the fighting you already stop before a certain age … that’s when wisdom comes instead knowing that fighting is actually all ego and is destructive .

We seek constructive ness in our spirit and life this is the ultimate power .
