A Season to Hold Back πβοΈπ§π½ββοΈπ΅
As we move into June, I honour the Full Moon π phase with an intentional, conscious pause βΈοΈ
I find myself embracing a different type of wisdom β¨οΈ
As we approach the end of autumn π and prepare for the arrival of winter βοΈ on the 21st, nature is beginning to hold back.
The trees are almost done releasing their leaves π
The animals have migrated towards places that can sustain them π¦
And for the first time, I am not fighting the feeling to do the same.
I am moving a little slower π’
I am speaking a little less π£οΈ
I am resting without guilt π§π½ββοΈ
May taught me something important:
π₯Ή Not everything meaningful arrives through force.
β³οΈSome things unfold through trust, timing, and allowing.
For so long, I measured progress by how much I could do, how much I could carry, and how much I could accomplish in a day.
But this season is inviting me to measure things differently.
β¨ To honour my energy
β¨ To listen to my body
β¨ To trust that rest is not the opposite of progress, but part of it
So this month, I am giving myself permission to hold back a little π΅
Not because I am giving up.
Not because I am afraid.
But because I am finally learning that every season carries its own wisdom πβοΈ
And for the first time, I am not fighting it π€ππ
