KADI Development and training is a Non Profit Company and it has a two pronged approach to training and development..Skills training and Development through Vocational training, this includes vocational competencies such as Plumbing, Boiler Making, Tyre fixing, repairs, wheel alignment and balancing, Welding, Solar Energy Installation and Aircon and Refrigiration. The company has a division which specialises on STREAM education through Coding and Robotics, Animation and Gamification for Preschoolers and Primary scholars, This is delivered through continuous Professional Development Programme for Educators and School Enrichment Programmes delivered by STREAMed Kidzz Ambassadors, where we train and empower out-of-school youth in Coding, Animation and Gamification and Robitics to deliver the School Enrichment Programmes

Our STREAM educational Program provides pre-school to Grade9 to tinker, design, build enquiry in order to solve problems that affect them daily. Basic coding, Robotics, Animation, Gamefication and solving Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics(STREAM) concepts instead of learning theory and silo discipline approach. Through training and development of educators in STREAM pedagogy, children are given access to Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics skills. This meaningful early exposure positively impact on their perception and dispositions towards STREAM. Early exposure to STREAM makes education to have lesser gender-based stereotypes. Through professional development educators are skilled to use creative problem-solving skills and an increased interest in persuing STREAM careers. The STREAM program empowers educators while improving the quality of education so that the next generation of graduates have had a STREAM education foundation from preschool who by now seem to be facing a bleak and hopeless future but are given skills, tools and knowledge to turn around fortunes of school leavers and unemployed youth. This program strives to increase career options for shool leavers and graduates as well as economic prosperity of this country.
