As we reach the end of another busy and successful term, we would like to thank our learners, parents, guardians, staff, and the wider Alberton Primary School community for your continued support and partnership.

🗓️ School closes: Friday, 26 June 2026 at 10:00

🗓️ School re-opens: Tuesday, 21 July 2026

Please remember:

📘 Learners must bring their school diaries on Friday to receive their reports.

✍️ Signed reports must be returned on the first day of Term 3.

📚 During the holidays, encourage daily reading, maths tables, and number bonds practice.

💡 Term 3 is our Project Term, so please help learners stay organised and meet all deadlines.

💙💛 Together, we continue to build a strong and successful school community.

🎓 GRADE R APPLICATIONS FOR 2027 ARE NOW OPEN! 🎓

Alberton Primary School invites parents and guardians to apply for Grade R admission for learners aged 5–6 years.

📅 Applications open: 17 June 2026
📅 Applications close: 14 August 2026

📍 Application forms are available ONLY at Alberton Primary School and may be submitted between 08:00 and 11:00, Monday to Wednesday.

📌 The following supporting documents must accompany your application when submitting your completed form:

✅ Learner’s Birth Certificate
✅ Learner’s Clinic Card (Immunisation Page)
✅ Proof of Residence
✅ Copies of Parent/Guardian ID Documents
✅ Proof of Employment (if you work within the school’s feeder area)

⚠️ Please note:
• Admission is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All applications are considered according to the school’s Admissions Policy and the relevant Department of Education regulations.
• Submission of an application DOES NOT guarantee placement.
• LIMITED spaces available.
