Crawling through an obstacle course is a great way to develop core strength, coordination, and confidence while making learning fun. 💪😊

As the children coordinated their arms and legs to move through the course, they developed spatial awareness, built upper-body strength, and received valuable proprioceptive input, supporting their overall physical development. 🌟

Finding Thabo and discovering colours! 🔍🌈
