Dear parents

I'd like to pose this question directed to you, What's the main reason for you to send your child to school?

The reason I ask this question is because today I was asked by a parent that if they enrol they're child with us are they guaranteed a straight pass?

Now understand that this parent doesn't care if the child gains knowledge or not but what they want is seeing the child complete matric.

But my question was what's the use of completing matric to be a furniture at home cause to enter into any varsity or even to apply for a bursary you need high marks, the easy way out tends to actually be a hard way in the long run.

My advice is never ever solve any long term problem with a short term solution.

We understand schools are closed due to the lockdown, but that doesn't mean that learning should stop, what we discovered is really shocking. Let's encourage learning in our homes, it's not only the responsibility of teachers to teach our youth but the society as a whole. Let's work together to create a bright future for our children.
