07/04/2026

Struggling doesn’t always sound like words. Sometimes it shows in changes in mood, energy, or behaviour. 💛

If you notice it in yourself or someone else, reach out, talk, or just check in. Small steps matter.

24/03/2026

This is your reminder that you don’t need to earn your rest.

You don’t have to finish everything first.
You don’t have to be “productive enough.”
You don’t have to explain why you’re tired.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for your mental health…
is pause.

Try this 5-minute reset today. No pressure. No expectations. Just a moment for you 💛

We’re so used to thinking that more insight, more processing, more “figuring it out” is the answer.

But sometimes, healing looks like:
• resting without guilt
• not overanalysing every thought
• letting yourself just be for a moment

Your nervous system doesn’t always need another deep dive… it might just need a pause.

At Ingage, we’re big on real support, not overwhelm. Small, simple shifts can change everything 💜

Some days feel heavier than others and that’s okay.

You don’t need to fix everything at once. Start small. One tiny action, one small win… it all counts more than you think. 💛

Mental health challenges don’t always appear suddenly - sometimes, they build up over time. Recognising the warning signs can help you or someone you care about get the right support early on.

1️⃣ Changes in Mood: Feeling unusually sad, irritable, or emotionally numb for an extended period. Frequent mood swings, increased anger, or a sense of emptiness can be signs of a deeper issue.

2️⃣ Withdrawal from Others: Avoiding social interactions, losing interest in hobbies, or isolating from family and friends.

3️⃣ Constant Fatigue: Feeling exhausted all the time, even after a full night’s sleep. Mental health struggles can take a physical toll, leaving you feeling drained and unmotivated.

4️⃣ Difficulty Concentrating: Forgetfulness, difficulty making decisions, or feeling mentally “foggy” can indicate underlying stress or mental health concerns.

5️⃣ Changes in Sleep Patterns: Sleeping too much or too little. Insomnia, frequent waking during the night, or sleeping excessively can all be linked to mental health challenges like anxiety and depression.

6️⃣ Increased Stress or Anxiety: Constant feelings of worry, fear, or being overwhelmed. If everyday situations feel more stressful than usual, it might be a sign of anxiety or burnout.

7️⃣ Unexplained Physical Symptoms: Recurring headaches, stomach aches, muscle tension, or nausea that don’t seem to have a medical cause.

8️⃣ Changes in Appetite: Eating significantly more or less than usual. Loss of appetite or emotional eating can be warning signs of mental distress.

9️⃣ Feelings of Hopelessness: Thinking that nothing will ever get better, feeling unworthy, or believing you’re a burden to others. Persistent hopelessness is a major sign of depression and should never be ignored.

🔟 Thoughts of Self-Harm or Su***de: If you or someone you know is having thoughts of self-harm or su***de, reach out for help immediately (SADAG: 0800 567 567)

💙 If you notice these signs, seek support - help is available, and recovery is possible. Reach out to a professional or explore resources on the Ingage Support platform.

Setting boundaries like a boss isn’t about being harsh.
It’s about being honest with your capacity.

You’re allowed to pause before responding.
You’re allowed to say no without explaining yourself.
You’re allowed to protect your energy so you don’t burn out.

Boundaries aren’t about pushing people away.. They’re about staying well enough to stay connected.

Gentle. Clear. Consistent.
That’s what healthy boundaries look like.
