I was invited to talk to aspiring property investors last week at a function about my property journey.
It was an honour to be able to inspire people and be inspired myself by hearing other amazing property journeys!

airbnb: Combined revenue doing so well since launching studio 2 in March - all whilst retaining my superhost status, retaining an excellent star rating and receiving great review!

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION:
My student house is full and my numbers are looking healthy!
My strategy has come together very nicely on this deal.
Proper due diligence and water-tight management are essential when looking at student accommodation deals or any other deals for that matter.

With my first Airbnb so successful its time to get going on the second....

It's been a sterling week! Not only have I launched my first successful Airbnb studio, I got to network with the most inspirational people at the Investor of the Year 2021.

And so, my first Airbnb has been launched and within hours I got 2 bookings. Mine is at the top of the list.
I am so looking forward to hosting my first guests!

One of the great things about property investment is the direct impact it has on human lives and how we can benefit other people through this.

I bought a student accommodation building where the caretaker / domestic was given a dark, damp and ill-ventilated room to live in with her 11 year old daughter.

It was starting to affect her health.

As soon as the property was transferred into my name, we set about creating better living conditions for this poor woman.
She had a cellar door she had to practically crawl through to get in; the window was tiny, letting no air in. Paint bubbling and peeling off the walls.

We damp-proofed her room, made the door a human size door, put in a big window and repainted completely.
