Great achievements for two former Orban head boys!

Carl Oosthuizen, hoofseun by Orban in 2016, het 5 onderskeidings in die 2021 matriekeksamen behaal! Baie geluk, Carl. Ons is SO trots op jou, en kyk net die pragtige brief van Linden Hoërskool!

And, our subsequent Head Boy in 2017, David Schmidt, was elected Deputy Head Boy for 2022 at Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg. Another remarkable achievement!

En ten spyte van die holderstebolder jaar, met aanlyn klasse en rotasieleer het ons kinders goed presteer! Ons kon toetse skryf, drie rapporte uitgee en uiteindelik ook dié kinders bekroon wat uitgeblink het.

Yes, we were able to have our prize-givings and the academic results at Orban this year were exceptionally high. Thank you to all our parents for co-schooling at home!

We celebrate record-breaking Art results at Orban –
65 of the 73 Orban learners who entered an artwork at the National Eisteddfod 2020 received a mark higher than 90%! The art was adjudicated by an official NEA adjudicator and Orban achieved:

38 Diplomas
27 Junior Diplomas
